I'm new to the blogging scene. This is probably aparent by my ridiculously boring blog name and the fact that no one reading this knows me or about me. You see the thing about me is, I see the world just like you do... just funnier. I know, I know I am sounding like a lunitic but come on; how much do you really think about those everyday things in life? I mean honestly most of us are so wrapped up in ourselves we rarely find time to enjoy a nice well deserved laugh when say... we're driving down the street and some "jackass" cuts you off or pulls a stupid manuver that causes you to hit the brakes a little harder than usual. What do you do? I know what you do, you honk, you probably curse under your breath or maybe even stick that middle finger towards the sky and in a fit of rage... NOT FUNNY. The horn is one of those things that none of us really control. I mean you can control your radio, your air conditioning, and your speed without much thought, but the horn, now there is a piece of machinery no human being has total control over. Think about it... if you honk your horn accidentally you instantly freeze up thinking "idiot idiot idiot I hope no one saw!" when someone honks at you you feel like a dumbass or even more extreme you feel like the scum of the earth (don't deny it, you do). I urge you to take advantage of your horn, own it, love it, use it to your advantage. Here's what you need to do next time you get cut off: you honk (like you usually would) but not just a little honk, a good five-seven second honk followed by a short half second honk and then a third two-three second honk. Now not only have you totally embarrassed and singled out that person who just slyly swooped you, but you have sealed a future of embarrassment for them. You and I both know that when you pull up next to them at a light and blankly stare them down you are sure to not even get a millisecond of eye contact and they will feel totally embarrassed. funny? yes. Hillarious? borderline. Worth it? Definately. I know your probably thinking I am crazy still but try it next time. It'll brighten you day Gauranteed. Stay classy...
